Spa Party Pocket Invitations
I made these pocket invitations for a spa party that I threw as a thank you gift and pamper session for my bridesmaids and my girlfriends.
Invitation dimensions and details
Pocket backing - Pink cardstock, 4"x7½"
Pocket front - Purle patterned scrapbook paper, 3¾" x 4"
Insert backing - Purple cardstock, 3¾" x 7"
Insert top - Pink cardstock, 3½" x 6¾"
Font - Monotype Corsiva
Purple eyelet flower
adhesives - double sided tape
I made the pockets first and used double sided tape along the 3 edges to stick the purple patterned pieces on to the pink backing. The invitation information and my poem is printed on the top layer and then matted on to the purple bottom layer. I had some left over patterned paper so I cut a strip about 1" x 2" and folded it in half and slipped it over the top of the invite and stuck it down with double sided tape. Punched a hole in the middle then set a flower eyelet. I threaded some pink ribbon in here though it isn't pictured here.
